Get a subscription to any and ALL Anime magazines you can. Learn how to cosplay. Develop an addiction to "Pocky". Attend any/all anime conventions you can afford or get the time off to go to. Buy as many seasons of anime shows as you can afford, or suggest them as Christmas gifts ( I recommend classics such as Ninja Tai Gatchaman, Space Battleship Yamato, the Gundam series etc...) And lastly , learn the English AND Japanese names of all Anime and quote them at will.
Good hunting fellow Otaku-in-training.
