Put water in the pot, boil the water, this will loosen the burn, I use a good spatula to scrape the burn, then empty the pot and rinse and do it again, using a squirt of dish soap, for really bad burns (I have a son) I will use oxyclean and let it do its thing once it is done if there is still a scorch I will make a baking soda and water paste and scrub it out, I usually do the backing soda last just to loosen it up real good.

Oven cleaner works great. Spray on and let it sit for a bit and then wash off. You may have to do it a time or two depending on how bad the stains are.

Try steel wool and scrub. Easy way oven cleaner spray and let it set for 5-10 min rinse may have to do it again depends on how bad it is. good luck

Try a razor blade. It also works good on bathroom tiles for soap scum. no chemicals- lots safer. Be sure not to mix cleaners when searching for your answers- some combos are deadly!

what kind of pan. the best cleaner for stainless steel is sos pads. for teflon pans your must use something that wont remove the finish.they sell this in the area where the sponges are and it will say teflon safe.
