Has anyone ever told you to make a wish at 11:11?

I have not heard 11:11 but we grew up with wish chips. If you get a potato chip that is folded in half, that is a wish chip. Chew it exactly 10 times while making your wish, then your wish will come true. Eyelashes too - if you find a stray eyelash, put it on your finger tip and have a friend cover it with their finger. Both wish and who ever comes away with the eyelash will get their wish.
