Your stomach already has more HCl in it than you would get from drinking water. The H2SO4 that may be present is also in such a small amount that it would not harm you. The most you may feel is a little "acid indigestion" which may be treated by "Tums" or another brand. If you stay away from spicy (acidic) foods you would not even notice a problem.

The existing data do not identify a level of sulfate in drinking-water that is likely to cause adverse human health effects. The data from a liquid diet piglet study and from tap water studies with human volunteers indicate a laxative effect at concentrations
of 1000–1200 mg/litre but no increase in diarrhoea, dehydration or weight loss. No health-based guideline is proposed for sulfate. However, because of the gastrointestinal effects resulting from ingestion of drinking-water containing high sulfate levels, it is recommended that health authorities be notified of sources of drinkingwater that contain sulfate concentrations in excess of 500 mg/litre. The presence of sulfate in drinking-water may also cause noticeable taste (see chapter 10) and may contribute to the corrosion of distribution systems.

No health-based guideline value is proposed for chloride in drinking-water. However, chloride concentrations in excess of about 250 mg/litre can give rise to detectable taste in water (see chapter 10).
