Its probably a tie, it seems as if both types of people are equally hated, but they shouldn't be!

I think it depends where you go in America. But in any American place where people are educated, mature and logical, neither gays nor illegal aliens are hated. There will always be some haters, but there are more than enough sensible people in America who don't hate gays or illegal aliens.

We have, literally, hundreds of straight friends and thousands of straight acquaintances (my partner and I). I've met homophobia, directly, less than 5 times in my life. (that doesn't count institutionalized homophobia, just actual homophobia from other people) so I would say no, at least not in the Northeast. There is very little hatred at all.
Then again, there is very little hatred toward illegal aliens here, some concern -- but hatred? Nah, not that I've ever seen.

i don't think gays are more hated than illegal aliens. but i'm sure gays really hate you so much than illegal aliens.

Illegal aliens are more disliked and unwanted than gay people. Gay American CITIZENS have rights as American CITIZENS, illegal aliens are what gets up our crawl.
