Just talk to them in a very educational approach just like talking to a student enroll in a sex education subject. It's uncomfortable at first but you as you expand your explanation and he's broadminded, everything will just fall into place.

Tell them it will grow as they grow and until they are mature physically they wont know how tall, or massive or how big there penis will be.

depends on the age of kid i he is under 14 yrs tell him it will grow with time if old enough tell him when one gets excited blood rushes in the erect penis and is trapped there till he is hard on then cool off and it becomes small. if size he wants to know then all sizes are ok depends on genes annd many other factors. u need a min of 4.5 ins to have good sex all else is bonus and buckwas. ie nonsense.
