I usually take the same color eyeshadow as your liner, and brush some on over it, and blend it together. Mine never smears when I do that.

I used to be the same way.....I would never wear liner unless it was that way...but I'm changed. One way to use a liquid liner and line just below your bottome eye lashes. A q-tip is VERY handy because I've been lining this way for a couple years and still don't do it right on the first try. The reason your liner isn't lasting on the inside is because of how wet the inner rim on your eye is. It is like when you cry and your mascara runs, but one way to try is to line your inner rim and then use a powder foundation just below your lower eye lashes to help the liner from running down your face. good luck

Revlon makes a great liquid eyeliner but a word of warning. It isn't good for your eyes to apply the eyeliner directly on the inner rims of your eyes. If you use eyeliner that is old you could risk an eye infection or possibly clog your tear ducts which could lead to more serious problems.
You should only line directly underneath your lashes. Looks more natural that way also.

i have the same problem. I use an ULTA pencil and it stays put for 3-5 hours. I just pack a mirror and touch up when i have to, because im not sure theres really a way to prevent it from running since the inner rims stay moist.

All right, when i was a teenager I used to apply liner to the inside of my lid as well and I always heated the tip of the pencil with a lighter right before I applied it. It kept it on for most fo the day and didn't smear. Give it a try.

Buy the maybelline eyeliner that lasts all day and don't wear that much eyeliner because it will eventually run all over your eye.

liquid eyeliner stays on a lot better, but its a different look. Its a bit hard to put on, but you get used to it.

liquid liner. it takes practice and a steady ahnd but it stays on all day till u take it off. don't be discouraged if it comes outa all squiggly at first, it takes time to get the hang of it.
