Colored glasses are obtained by adding certain metallic oxides to the molten glass. For eg. Ferric oxide-Brown, Chromic oxide-Green, MnO2-Purple, and Cobalt oxide-blue color in glass.

While the glass components are molten, they add substances like gold for red glass, cobalt for blue and etc.

chemicals are added to the glass.

Lead can make glass yellow (althout it will make it dangerous)
Copper can be added to make it blue
I think magnesium makes glass red

i don't know any others.
