i guess insanity.

anger is direct and usually doesnt last long though the results can be at times catastrophic...its usually the insanity in anger that causes the devastation.

But anger subsides once its expressed , whereas insanity is perpetuatuted to devastating proportions in the name of religion , scientific progress (ex : nuclear bombs) , diplomacy, politics (war n exploitation) etc which are far more dangerous and devastating than mere anger.

anger reflects hurt... insanity reflects a lack of vision. (which is worse)

anger can be just as resentful upto revenge; until the anger is expressed... but perpetual (continuous) insanity can cause an absolute wipeout of existence!

most of the problems of this world is out of insanity... anger though maybe not always justified, but usually does has a reason.

but insanity is a failure to understand the word "reason".

I think it's anger. Anger has a way of eating a person up if it's not let go of. Buddha stated that anger is like picking up a hot coal to throw at someone, you may hit the other person but you end up burning yourself worse in the process. Anger can drain the light out of a soul.

Insanity can be harmful too. and if it's combined with anger, it can dangerous. I dunno. I'm half insane all the time so who knows what I'm talking about! lol.

Great question.

Insanity is longer-term, for the most part, and is a clinical condition.

Anger is a choice.

Insanity is more long-term harmful, while anger is more tragic in its lack of necessity.

Anger is a healthy and normal part of being, when used constructively. Insanity is never healthy.

anger... your emotions take over and it usually doesnt end up very good. I believe it also may have to do with a chemical release as well not sure but you could look it up on WebMD.com. Hope this helps!

Depends on who has it. I'd take an insane granny over and angry Hulk Hogan anyday.

But in general, insanity.
