When your a man and you wear size 11 shoes, its hard to find something to make your feet look smaller. and, with your adams apple, thats always the give away. I say, if you are a cross dresser, quit denying it and just be yourself- a man dressed as a woman.

keep away from chunky heels, they give you that Frankenstein effect if you have large feet. Kitten heeled shoes, and flats are a bit more flattering, and if you are wearing dark shoes, wear dark hose.

slip-ons..like the vans?
i have size 10..and im 5'8...
so my feet are minda big =/
but yeah..i found that converse make them look bigger...which i think converse r ugly anyways..egh..
but yeah..slip ons did the trick 4 me
