Do you mean tutoring? I think so, as long as it is on written Tamil, grammar, and that sort of thing. I think tutoring Tamil speaking would be too difficult because not enough people are likely to have a good enough microphone and a fast enough connection speed for the speech to sound clear.

If you are going to teach Tamil script, be sure to send your students the link to the website for the font that you're using. If they try using a different font, you won't be able to read each other's text.
