Home phone is probably telemarketer, cell phone could be someone who I may have to pay for the call, business phone means work-I would answer the business phone.

Depends on time of day. if its during business hours answer the home phone, more likely an emergency. Plus the business phone can leave a message and you can still return call during the business day.
If its after business hours, vice versa.
