3 20 min periods
Intermission is 20 minutes
theres 2 intermissions
overtime is 5 min
shootout depends on how many rounds
Plus stoppage time like penaltys so like an hour 30 to 2 hours including overtime

3 20 minute periods. 5 minute overtime then a shootout if still tied.
so a game that usually starts at 7:30pm will end around 9:30pm or 9:45pm and if gone to overtime then it would end when someone scores if not then in would end around 10:15pm then about another 10 minutes for the shootout so around 10:30pm the game would end if they had a shootout.

Probably as long as it takes you to pick out a pair of shoes at the mall. About an hour and a half, to 2 hours.

3 periods of 20 minutes with 2 intermissions of 18 minutes. A whole game goes approx. 2.5 hours, because of stoppage times, penalties, fights and timeouts.
