what are those bumps you get from (ie:) a cartilage piercing?

I see ppl have them especially with cartilage ear piercings, but im getting one next to a recent piercing i got near my lobe (its a 2nd hole)...what is it? it looks like the skin got moved over? or something? how do u get rid of it?

itis called a keyloid and its caused by scaring growing on top of each other and repeats it's self and they way mine got removed was a laser surgerey they stink and are sensitive.
