Go check this website : http://www.merijn.org/index.php and download hijack this. Run it and post the log to the forums and someone will help you. Good luck. There are also quite a few antivirus/antispyware apps that you can download and try to remove it. Spypot search & destroy, AVG free antivirus, AntiVir, ..etc...

Even though it's called Generic there is nothing Generic about it. It is a Smitfraud Trojan and requires a Smitfraud removal program. This site has a free Smitfraud removal.
