In the iTunes program, go to File | Add File to Library or Add Folder to Library. Choose the files that you want in your iTunes, they should be on your hard-disk. When you click to add the files, iTunes will ask you if you want to convert them from WMA to AAC, click yes. iTunes will convert the songs and add them to your library.

What you need to do is take the folder or folders where your music is and highlight all the music that you want. Now open up the Itunes homepage and make sure its highlighted on the sideboard on "music". Then take you highlighted music and click on your mouse and drag it onto the Itunes page. And that should do it. Good Luck!

You should know where the music files are located in your computer and from there you can go into you itunes library and add them into the library (its under files) And then connect your ipod and sync your songs.
