I have dark brown eyes and brown hair and i want to get color contacts that make my eyes silvery blue or green ohh and i am also thinking of getting curly hair with bangs so picture that im looking for a beachy look but also looks good during the winter season

You might try Freshlooks Colorblends, they're one of the most common and trusted brands of colored contacts, I use them. You could get Green if you want a natural look (it has little specks of brown and other colors to look more real) and there's a color called True Sapphire (what I wear) that's a deep blue that would probably look beautiful on you, check it out.

Don't make your brown eyes blue!! And, don't get a perm; very bad for your hair! Bangs would be super-cute, just curl when you want a different look.

Go for it, i tried them before, however it gets really anoyin when people get in your face and ask you if your eyes are fake.
Acuvue makes a grey that looks really light blue, i think youd like it.

well if u get contacts that aren't like a big shocker then ur OK because i have seen colored contacts that are very scary
