rooney is the best of them
while messi and c ronaldo are a bit behind.
All three are great players though !

Do you know who won the Best Young Player Award recently? It is Lionel Andres Messi.And since he won the BEST Young Player Award,so that means,currently,he is the BEST!! No one can be compared to him,at least in the mean time,not even Rooney or CR as both of them are still young too,so they were the candidates for that award but they were defeated by a younger player,Leo Messi! So I say Lionel Messi is the best of them all!

Messi is a complete player, I remember how he outplayed Chelsea defenders when Barca met Chelsea. Too bad several injuries made him harder to gain the first choice. But I believe once he's recovered he'll rock the league and the world. Wonder Kid.
Media blowed Rooney phenomena long time ago, if he just wait another season with Everton he won't carry that heavy burden of people expectation like he got now. He's too young to handle all the limelight, and the fact that his gf spent all his money is another thing!
C Ronaldo should grow up and stop crying like a baby. People just overrate him. He's not as good as he actually. Just look at Portugal team, other players will surely opt him out of the team. Alright he can operate from right wing, so does Pennant! He can operate from left wing, the old Ryan Giggs played twice better than him.

It depends because Rooney is forward while Ronaldo and messi are middle-forwards. Messi is the quikest, Ronaldo more ball control but Rooney is better at shooting but those three are good. Ronaldo is the best(ithink) because he is a better passer, has a better control, he is a good free kicker, etc. Rooney woul come second because he is better in the aatack and Messi 3rd because he is the quikest and he has a good control but he is a bad kicker although he is the best defender of the 3...

These type of questions always make me laugh!!!
To me it is just so obvious that Messi is the best new player...you just can't compare him to anyone else, not even Maradona. Messi is talented in his own right and I wish people would stop trying to liken him to other players...HE IS LEO MESSI
