Circumcised are you having problems or is it because you feel different. I think there are probably a lot of men who are circumcised who wish they weren't. Circumcision is medical mutilation that is done for non reasons. We as men are all born like that but most of our parents were not strong enough to stand up against the doctors and religious leaders to say know when the had us by the foreskin and just cut it off.
The foreskin is there to protect the glans and shield the glans (head) of the penis from too much friction and harm. When you get circumcised your going to be exposed to constant friction there fore rendering your glans, head no way near as sensitive as God had made it. This is not about looking like a lot of the other guys is it? If so I guess it is yours to do with as you like but if I had a choice I wouldn't do it ..........plus the pain must not be much fun. If you were ever in a nursery at the hospital when they were circumcising all the boys ..............what horrible screams but the doctors say they don't feel a thing! They just don't remember it that's all. Oh and the religious part is bull and they say it's a cleanliness issue too.........not so if you pull back the foreskin and clean it everyday................so bull to that too!

Yes, is a very good idea. Get circumcised ASAP.

Don't believe those who talk about mutilation and all that bullshit. Circumcision is NOT an amputation. Circumcision is NOT comparable at all to female circumcision, which is something completely different.

Circumcision is beneficial, keeps the penis cleaner and lowers the risk of urinary infections.

Scientist have show that circumcision lowers the risk of contracting STD's such as AIDS-HIV. Female partners of circumcised men have also lower AIDS-HIV risk.

Its completely FALSE that circumcision reduces the feeling and sensitivity of your penis. No scientific study has ever proved this. Anyone telling you the opposite is wrong. Have a look at the link the user Scuba gives.

Most women prefer a man with a circumcised penis because it may move inside them in a less friction-based manner. Once he is inside the vagina, the unhooded penis may easily slide up and down to create pleasure for both partners.

Circumcision is an easy and nowadays painless procedure that has many benefits, and virtually no risks. Circumcised penises look much better to.

I congratulate you for your future circumcision. Best wishes!

Good Luck, mate!
I got circumcised at 22 and have never regretted it.
You need to see a good urologist or general surgeon.
The cost is variable... shop around (make sure you see good evidence, i.e. photos or real reports, about the quality - neatness -of the doctor's previous circumcision work first).

An urologist usually. It won't cost you much, its an easy quick and painless procedure with anesthesia.

It also has so many benefits, keep reading...

CIRCUMCISION IS VERY BENEFICIAL, its cleaner and several research bodies have concluded that circumcised men have less risk of contracting STD's such as AIDS-HIV or herpes.

Uncircumcised penises are difficult to keep clean, and more prone to infections and penile cancer, studies have shown.
A circumcised penis is naturally clean and virtually free from urinary infection. You will not have to worry again with careful washing of your penis.

About STD's:

As I said, several studies carried out by prestigious research bodies have concluded that uncircumcised penises are more prone to infections and contraction of STD's, including AIDS-HIV. Circumcised men have been proved to be up to seven times less likely to be infected than those who are uncircumcised. Have a look at this site: http://icuxbridge.icnetwork.co.uk/news/tm_objectid=14095142&method=full&siteid=53340&headline=-circumcision-protects-against-aids--name_page.html

As for women, studies also show that circumcision also protects female partners from AIDS-HIV and other STD's. Browse this article: http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/Press_releases/2006/02_08_06.html

About sensitivity of a circumcised penis:

No medical or physiological study has proved that circumcision reduces sensitivity, opposed to common belief. It is completely FALSE that circumcision reduces penis sensitivity. The American Academy of Paediatrics (AAP) confirms this on their web site; have a look at: http://www.aap.org/pubed/zzzjzmemh4c.htm

Circumcision is an easy and nowadays painless procedure, which has many benefits, and virtually no risks.
Circumcision is NOT an amputation. Circumcision is NOT comparable at all to female circumcision, which is something completely different.

Circumcision rates are INCREASING nowadays, both in the United States and overseas. Many African and South American countries with little circumcision tradition are starting to promote the procedure to help to reduce the AIDS-HIV infection rates.

well i will tell you like this my b/f now of 2 yrs. is uncircumsized, he is the first man i have been with that has'nt been circumsized and it don't bother me at all but he has asked me questions about it so i think he has thought about it a time or two also. he also has the biggest d*** i've seen in person (9 1/2in.) so if your worried about women i would'nt worry about that and if you just keep it cleaned very well you won't have problem but if it bothers you that bad talk to your family doctor about it they will refere you to someone who does it.

I just think it would be a very painful thing for a man! I would hate to see a grown man go through it!

For religious reasons, talk to your mohel..

For medical reasons talk to your primary care doctor and they will refer you to a specialized doctor that can do it if they cannot themselves do it

I highly suggest reading up on the pros and cons - you may just give yourself more problems in the end than what you started with..

If it is for cosmetic, see above...

Your own physician should refer you to a urologist for this. I don't know how much it costs - that's probably different in different places - but if your health insurance doesn't cover it, be prepared to lay out a bundle.

There is no reason to have a circumcision unless you have a specific medical problem like an overly tight foreskin that cannot be retracted.

Why on earth do you want a circumcision? It will reduce the sensitivity, and therefore your pleasure!

Oh man!, your'e 18 and still uncut. whoa! how come? Anyway, it won't cost you much but you will bear large pain albeit they will inject you with anesthesia. As the old saying puts it, better late than never!
