flow binding are not very good, its hard to find some that actually fit your foot. alot of riders come to me for advice on new bindings because they end up hating their flow bindings. go with strap in they last longer and they dont freeze up like most flows. Also if you ever decide you want to start hitting park (even a little) you can get seriously injured with flows. they are not desingned for the abuse they take in park. my advice is to take the extra 10 seconds clicking in with regular bindings. you WONT regret it

I have to agree with Micky here. Flow are more trouble than they are worth. Yes, they are easy to use and yes they are comfortable but they do not perform anywhere near the level of the average traditional strap binding. I found that I could never get the strap tight enough and never got the response I needed.

If you're convinced that Flow is the binding for you, you have to get the highest end model they make. It's all aluminum and carbon fiber and performs the closest to straps. However, they are very expensive and like I said earlier, not worth it when a average strap binding is cheaper and performs better.

yes flow bindings rule! For super stiff, get the carbon version. I have gone to some really steep places and it by far exceeds step ins or any other binding I have used.
