Well yeah anywhere but its only on the map they provide. And not all houses/shops are avalable to go through or else that would take years to make. You can go by plane, jet, tank, cars, bike or more but only in there own map. Its not like they have California on the game.

first of all ur question doesnt make sense so im taking a stab in the dark do u mean anywhere in the land like the three states i guess u call them if thats what u mean then yes u can go anywhere

you can go any where you want but youll get the police on you to go anywhere and not get the police on you put in this cheat circle right circle right left square triangle up that keeps you at no stars (so youll never get the police on you)

you can go anywhere, just the police will be after you if you dont unlock that section yet.
