PS2 comes with 1 wired controller. Sony doesn't make any wireless controllers for the PS2.
PS3 comes with 1 wireless Sixaxis controller.

I purchased the Slimline PS2 for my own children about a year ago and it comes with one WIRED controller. Now it is about $129 in most stores.
