tonight i got the "new comments" alert. So, i clicked on it and there was this wierd comment that said "This Profile Has Been Deleted" and there was a picture of the myspace "no photo" with a red x through it. I went to my profile, and it didn't show up. My friends says that the same thing had just happened to her and her entire profile was deleted. Sofar, nothing has been deleted... is there anyway i can prevent it from deleting?

Of course you can't prevent someone elses profile from being deleted.

The reason you're seeing more of them lately is that Myspace has been on their toes deleting people who break the terms and conditions. When a person is deleted, comments they've made, unchecked messages they've sent, etc .. are deleted along with them, and you get to see the leftovers.

What you got was a comment by someone that broke the terms and lost their account. Delete it and move on.

Your new comment was probably sent by an adbot, and was deleted because someone else reported it before you. You shouldn't be affected by it.
