when there is a difficult task to do, like a very very hard job, two people...or two heads...can work together and make the job much easier. Just like how u have asked us all for some ideas, input from many heads will make yur essay writing easier.

Being a retired mental health professional with 20+ years experience, and a history buff, I discovered, or re-discovered, today, a perfect example of the issue you present. I have watched and read about WWI & II, and the countries and leaders involved, as well as the VietNam war and Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom, and the successes and failures in these wars are luminous of the issues you present. In each of the wars, the losing country was led in the war by a one-man dictator (the German dictator, I believe Hindenburg, in WWI, and Hitler in WWII, the Japanese dictator (I forget his name presently) and the Presidents of the U.S. in the VietNam war, and Saddam Hussein in Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. Each time, the country who relied on one dictator, or one President, to direct the war for them, LOST the war, and the countries that spread out the responsibilities to the generals and admirals of their country and their allies WON the war. The one seeming exception was Stalin of Russia in WWII, but extenuating circumstances prevailed for him, such as his overwhelming reliance on his allies, the U.S. and Britain, to wear Hitler down on the Western Front so that his army could prevail on the Eastern Front. In each and every situation, where the chief executive allowed his generals and allies to have a predominant role in the execution of the wars, such as Presidents George H.W. Bush and his son, our current President George W. Bush, that country has won the war. This is very clearly a set of examples where two (or more) heads were and are definitely better than one. I hope this helps. God Bless you. And God is THE EXCEPTION to the rule, since HIS HEAD is the only one needed to be God. All the others are just a bunch of nonsense messing up the works. Again, God Bless you.
