I asked him, and he wants cookware (specifically "All-Clad"), so that's what I'm buying. He's a great cook, and the pots and pans will get good usage.
I hate the fact that I have to ask him, but he's one of those people that has everything and is very picky, so I really have to. Don't want to get him something he doesn't like or doesn't need.

I'm getting my husband just a few things that I know hes been wanting. Hes getting several dvd's and some things for his xbox 360. I am trying to think of something special to get him, just haven't stumbled upon it yet.
