Happiness or Joy is sometimes a blessing, but it is often a conquest. Our magic moment helps us to change and
sends us off in search of our dreams. Yes, we are going to suffer, we will have difficult times, and
we will experience many disappointments but all of this is transitory; it leaves no permanent
mark. And one day we will look back with pride and faith at the journey we have taken.
A magic moment is that instant when a "yes" or a "no" can change one's life forever....
You have to take risks, he said. We will only understand the miracle of life fully when we allow the unexpected to happen.
Every day, God gives us the sun—and also one moment in which we have the ability to change everything that makes us unhappy. Every day, we try to pretend that we haven't perceived that moment, that it doesn't exist—that today is the same as yesterday and will be the same as tomorrow. But if people really pay attention to their everyday lives, they will discover that magic moment. It may arrive in the instant when we are doing something mundane , like putting our front-door key in the lock; it may lie hidden in the quiet that follows the lunch hour or in the thousand and one things that all seem the same to us. But that moment exists—a moment when all the power of the stars becomes a part of us and enables us to perform miracles
I Hope i Was of Help to you.. Bless You

Love, money and anything else touched by the five sensor in my view don't qualifies as happines, they are just thing that one enjoys like a very good meal. When I think of hapinnes I think of something more lasting than a house build on quick sand. If one base his happines on love an money for example, he'll be always looking over his shoulders afraid of loosing those things he loves the most. I don't think is as a very happy situation to be in a constant fear of loosing something or some body. When I think of happiness I think of an impassive state of mind no easily altered by any thing out side one self. Since we all usually laugh and cry culturaly, to be able to modulate the reasons why you do so, or to decide to do one and not the other in any given moment by modifying interpretations in the mind, that would be a very good grap on happiness.

By happiness you mean, like no suffering, being in a state of durable satisfaction. That's why you must be in peace with yourself and realize that there are things that don't depend on you (wealth, love, honours), then you must desire only what depends on you (not much really), that way you won't feel as if you were treated unfairly, as if you were unable to have everything you want. If you desire only the things that are at your reach, then you'll be happy, you won't have to suffer for not being able to get what you want.
Sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

One's meditative mind can qualify as true happines since "all happiness is in the mind" (English proverb) and every religion has affirmed the importance of the mind.

Anything that makes you feel totally fulfilled with balance in all areas of your life. Spiritual, financial, entertainment, self expression, family, physical....there are so many things. It's the combination of all that makes you happy, but not at the expense of other people and their feelings.....sometimes feeding other feelings and needs also fills our true happiness. Balance.

If you do what you love. What makes you feel at peace with yourself, smile, live life to the fullest, that is happiness. Our job on earth is to figure out what this is, what we love, that makes us happy.

Happiness does not come from these things. True happiness comes when you are satisfied with what you have.
