It is winter and I have it in a window that gets lots of sun. It has been spring like weather here until 2 days ago so it has gotten lots of sun. I use miracle grow for it every 2 weeks. But the leaves still are falling off.

There is a lot of information available on the internet. A Yahoo search for "lemon tree care" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) yields 2,680 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find lots of useful and interesting information.
If all else fails, there is a website on the first page of results that offers a forum where people who grow lemon trees can get information from others who also grow them.

Good luck with your lemon tree.

You must be overwatering it or as it is winter the cold could be problem. why not use uv lamp for lighting in place of natural light in warm place.

What time of year is it, what is the constant temp, and I waould suggest tha if you eat fruits; as you should for your USDA required daily allowance: that you use those skins and pees as fertiliser but just inserting them into the dirt around your plant.

Could be due to the cold - is it winter already? If not, could be overwatering.
