When we go to the Bahamas, lot's of the nicer hotels have Canadian and American flags at the front, or at the back near the pools. It's really weird, because it's not in Canada or the USA. I guess I can understand that they put up the American flag since lot's of the hotels are American, and Bahamas are near Florida, but then why Canadian? But it still seems weird to have the Canadian and American flags at hotels in the Bahamas.

Because most of our visitors travel from the USA and Canada..to get away from their weather... Think of it as a welcome flag:)
