A personal note would be so much more special. When you send it, be sure to include a picture of you and the baby!

I hand wrote a small card to the OB-GYN, the Anesthesiologist, and to a few special Nurses who were involved.
I did this with both of my children. The first time I included bags of coffee (my mom worked for Starbucks), and the second time I gave them a cool candle from Cost Plus.
Website printed or handwritten.... IT'S THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS. Thoughtful people like you make the world a better place. Congrats on the new baby!
I wish I knew a website. However, I do not.

I would just write a personal letter, maybe include a few things you enjoyed about the doctor over the past 9 months, it will be much more appreciated than a generic letter. Also I always send the nurses at my OBs office a gourment bagel (and cream cheese basket) we ask for it to be delivered as they open I always get a early morning conferance Thank You call after they eat their breakfast.

I imagine writing a personal letter may be much more meaningful - if you have time with a newborn (congratulations!). I don't believe there is a website that tells you specifically what to write but I am sure you can find some help regarding a note/card. This seems to be a good one: http://www.writeexpress.com/thank-you.htm?source=adwords+thank+you+letters
All the best!

We just wanrt you to know how thankful we are that you delivered our child safely, becasue of you a safe, beautiful and healthy baby(boy/girl) was brought into this world... once again thank you very much.
If we could thank you in any other way we would most definatly do it.
im not sure how that sounds but if ya like it use it if not u can obviouslt make some alterations or not use it at all....
conhrats on the new baby. best of luck in the future.

You don't need a website for that, Just write the letter and say that you appriciate his/her part in delivering( your childs name)
in a caring and professional manner. Include a picture of the baby.
