i have done it before but for some raesons it will not do it now

have u been using the same kind of cd?? if not try to swoop around the net to find a firmware update for ur burner. kuz the burner probably kant recognize the new cd ( cd newer that the burner) so go to device manager and look 4 the name of ur burner and serch the net for a firmware update. (happened to me, i couldnt burn a dvd-r, got the firmware update and waz fine) make shure b4 u update to back up ur old firmware!!!

in "my computer" try to right click on your cd burner drive select "properties" and in "recording" ; look if the activeting writing is checked.
