Or fireworks.
And if this stranger is "perfect," why do they need $10 bucks?
I'd give the guy the $10 bucks in cash, because a "perfect" stranger would hand it right back.

Ten dollars?? This is a question to make me feel bad because I haven't already done what I was gonna type. I'm sure we all have an extra $10 and we all should have already done whatever we type....just like me.
