The child labor laws allow employers to use child labor, but there are certain resrtrictions;

41.The child must be at least 15 years of Age
2.The employment cannot interfere with the childs schooling
3.The child cannot work more than 20 hours per week
4.Any child under 18 cannot drive a vehicle in conjuction with their employment
5.The child cannot be employed to operate hazardous equipment.
6. The child's parents or guardian must give written permission for the employment of their child.
