What is the real reason some of you men dont date black women?

Ive browsed some sites such as webdate and other sites and I notice alot of non black men preference is everything except black women.you have asian,native american,white,hispanic,anything but a black woman.do you think something is wrong with black women.be honest.I never understood this.

I think that people have misconceptions about black women. That we are loud, rude, unintelligent promiscuous, etc.
I personally usually get hit on by men of other races mostly white and Hispanic. Many of them have told me that they had never been attracted to a black woman before. I think it is mostly because of personality because I don't behave like the stereotype. When I have seen other races of men with black women it is typically a very educated black woman and usually fits the "white standard of beauty"

That's so interesting because I think it depends on where you are located. When I lived in Atlanta, Georgia, not a single black man would hit on me but all the white guys would.

I've read the responses and noticed some of the guys are honest and said it would not be approved from their family. I grew up in a family this way, went to an all white high school but was told I could not have a white boyfriend.

This day and age, there are so many multicultural couples that it doesn't even matter if a white man, who secretly fantasizes about being with a black woman, will specifically list all races except blacks. Most of them can't wait to get with a black woman and will continue to dream about it until they make that a reality.

That's not true at all. Try going to this website: www.blackandwhitesingles.com They have a white males section, and all their profiles are in great detail. These men tell in great length what they love about black women and it's over 200 of them there, and their all white males. This site is only for black and white people. Try going to this site and you'll see what I'm talking about. There is nothing wrong with us black women. People like what they like. It's as simple as that.

Men are very intimidated by Black women because we have such strong personalities. I think most men are attracted to women who have naturally long hair. For most men, because we don't fit the description of European beauty, they feel that black women's features resemble more masculine...I don't really know...oh well

Were I to be dating, I would not eliminate black women from my prospects and I'm white. I perceive black women to be as beautiful as any on the planet. A lot of men have different tastes and perhaps you just haven't found one to whose palate you appeal. Be patient.

It's a preference, meaning they are most attracted to these types of women. Like some guys like blonde's and some guys like brunettes do you see me asking how come most guys prefer blonde's over brunettes no because every ones preference is different.

I'm happily married to a white woman, but I do think most black women are very attractive. In fact, the darker they are, the more attractive. (*not* sarcasm)

P.S. If Condoleezza runs in '08, she has my vote. Smart, tough *and* hot. I like it all.

Personally I think a good number of men are influenced by what the media and society tell them is attractive instead of their personal taste.

Don't worry. I have several black friends who are married to or admired by white men. Maybe sometimes it's true that they aren't attracted to black women, but I think in some cases society may be putting pressure on them to say otherwise.
