make him eat you out (no reciprocation), then refuse to take his calls. whenever you see him, pretend like you've never met him. tell all your girlfriends that he's really easy to get in the sack and prolly has nasty STDs.
turn the tables! whatever insults guys like to disparage you with, just say it about them. (he's a gross slut. he's a tool, a tramp, a skeeze. can you imagine how rotten his crotch is? yuk! etc, etc.)
above all, make them go down on you and don't go down on them. (there's nothing as emasculating as being a tool for women to sexually use whenever they feel like it.)

He might be insecure and unable to approach a lady for a date for fear of being rejected and/or is unable to commit to a lasting relationship where reality sets in. Fantasy and shallow encounters are all that he might be capable of. Also, he may be trying to live up to an image of himself(player, stud, ladies' man, etc.) that he really is not but is unable to accept as the truth about himself.
