JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU WHAT WE'VE KNOWN ALL ALONG THE CRITICS ARE FULL OF...THIS IS A REALLY GOOD MOVIE, AND I WILL BE SEEING IT AGAIN. I DON'T MIND SPENDING MONEY FOR THIS TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT. I MEAN REALLY IF YOU CAN SPEND BILLIONS ON CRUDE SEX SCENES, DRUGS, MURDERS ECT. WHY NOT SPEND MULTI BILLIONS ON THE BIRTH OF THE ONE TRUE KING..HALLELUJAH!!!. I PRAY THIS MOVIE MAKES JUST AS MUCH AS THE PASSION.

Yes I do know the Bible that's exactly why I loved the movie. We are doing the play 2 From Galilee for Christmas at my church, I'm in the play and we took the whole cast to see it. Needless to say the cast including myself feel honored to recreate a monumental moment in our history.

I haven't seen the movie but by your comments, I will go see it. I know what you mean about the critics. There are plenty of movies that I seen that I enjoyed that did not get a good rating from the critics. I think they spend too much time being analytical than just watching the movie and criticizing them from a human's point of view.

I am really anxious to see this movie. I'm a fan of Keshia Castle-Knight (Mary) and Catherine Hardwicke (the director). I saw how the film was made on HBO and was impressed with how much detail and care was put in to making this film. It's always good to see a film like this around Christmas, because, Jesus is the reason for the season! Merry Christmas!

But the problem is I am not seeing anything new or different with the film.

If you loved it, then that's all that matter.
