I do all the cooking at my home I usually cook for 20 plus people I like making Kool-aid pie the best just because it is so quick and easy and everyone believes that you spent hours making it. The truth is it took less then ten minutes to make cut and place on the table! Here goes the best kept secret. 1 gram cracker pie crust, 1 package of orange kool-aid, 1 can sweeten condense milk, and 1 carton of cool whip. I have found that if you take the sweeten condense milk and package of kool-aid and mix them together 1st before adding the cool whip it mixes better. I just use a spoon to mix it all up. Then but it all into the gram cracker pie crust. It will be ready to serve when you are ready to serve. It reminds my crew of "dream pop's". which is a type of ice cream. P.S. This is a no fail pie! P.S.S. This is also a great recipe for children to make.

Cranberry Mousse

20 ounces crushed pineapple
1 cup water
6 ounces cranberry gelatin
16 ounces whole cranberry sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Drain the pineapple, reserving the liquid. Add the liquid and water to the gelatin in saucepan and stir. Boil until the gelatin dissolves; remove from the heat.

Pour the gelatin into a large Pyrex serving bowl. Blend in the cranberry sauce, lemon juice, grated peel and nutmeg. Chill until the mixture thickens slightly, then blend in the sour cream. Fold in the pineapple and pecans. Chill until firm, about two to four hours, or overnight.
