What is good depends on you. Major diff between both model is 3250 is a smart phone, so u'll get many many apps, games n stuff to download, and they r highly customizable due to those apps (I m a IT pro, so i even wrote one acc to my need within 3-4 hours).
W series is dedicated music phone with specialized fetures like playlist, various options in playslist n all. N yeah, they have WOW sound.
Cam quality is more or less equal in both sets... So decide what you want...

Hi there, what i would suggest is to go for SE W700i bcoz when compared with 3250 the features are great, what ever u say in 700i the cam, its light weight, it has a own ringtone composer which is not there in 3250, and the special feature is the battrey back up that can last for upto 9 hrs where as in 3250 only lasts for 3hrs. if still u want more info on this , just click the link below:

I find that Nokias last a long time and seem to last through breaks... I have a nokia phone myself and it seems like it takes a lot for that phone to break even when i dropped it (not recommended of course) but ya a Sony Ericsson seems like they are coming out with some great phones as well and it has a cool shape and such... So it depends on how you use it and what functions you have nearly and also maybe color and size of the phone.

cellular to cellular is once you could communicate with ppl who've Cingular for free. I dont imagine you're literally unlikely to be able to have cellular to cellular in case you signal a sparkling 2-12 months contract. Cingular can provide that with their new plans.
