this guy always messed with me, he told everybody sumthing bad about me, that's not even true.....jeez...like "that guy pee at bed" and "he called you stupid". he called me loser, etc. should i ignore him? or what? now more people making fun of me...

There are several ways you can deal with this jerk...trust me I had been in your shoes before. I always used to laugh real hard when they'd say stupid stuff about me. Like I thought it as pretty funny to and he was the funniest thing ever. But, I wouldn't let him think he got the best of me...turns out people liked me better in the end and he just looked like a big jerk. Don't be afraid to be yourself and merrily go your own way. People tend to respect those who don't let people get to them. Be true to yourself. Don't push back and make fun of him...makes you look like a bigger jerk. Just laugh it off...eventually he'll leave you alone because he isn't getting the reaction he wants from you. Trust me on that one.
