I think there is a goust in my house becouse even when my heater is all the way on one minute It will ne nice and toasty then the next minute it will be so cold.Then when Im home alone and my roomie is gone I hear footsteps.HELP ME.

I would say to talk to them, ask what they want ?...If you don't
want them there, tell them to go..that this is your house now! Be
very firm. Don't let it know your afraid. You may feel stupid for
talking to a"ghost" or "spirit", but so what?...no one else can hear you. I don't know what sort of haunting it is, a residual one ( when
spirits energy are imprinted in a certain time frame) and keeps
repeating the same things over and over. Or, it may just want you
to know its there. They could be "lost spirits", who knows. But if
I were you I would light white candles, light up some insense, and
hold your bible , and tell them, they don't belong there. And yes,
pray out loud to Jesus for help, and for God to remove the "ghosts" Good Luck...I lived in one, and it scared the heck out
of me!! It's true...and just try to ask God to take it away. Don't be
afraid..they feed off it. Don't waste your energy on it. They are
attracted to energy. Have someone else check out what's up.....

Contacting the dead is the worst thing you can do.This exercise will get you entangled in so much stuff that would end up destroying you.if you think there is an unwanted ghost in your house you get a white candle light it up and set it at a safe place.Then you tell it that it is dead and to go to the other side.Remember these things can not harm you in anyway so don't scare yourself to death.

If you want to contact, you look for a piece of wood made the coffin, and cut into the heart shape, and then draw from a,b,c,d.......u, y,z... 24 alphabet. at night you put that heart shape wood on paper and ask question, the wood will run.. run on paper , you will read all answers from ghost, ghost is very nice, ghost will answer anything you ask - ghost never harm HUMAN - Only Human harm Human

Why would you want to contact ghosts? You will only be bringing more spirits into your home. Praying helps.
