No, it's a contrast or opposites. An oxymoron is a sentence with opposites in it describing something. Usually a humorous take on something. For example, "jumbo shrimp" (calling that's little, huge) or "Airline cuisine". Everybody knows airline food sucks.....

No. It's an example of contrasting emotions. An oxymoron is a phrase that combines two incompatable ideas -- jumbo shrimp is the classic, because jumbo means big and shrimp means small so in theory, that's an impossible item. But we all know what it means, so it isn't really impossible after all.

No, an oxymoron is a phrase, normally adjective and noun, that is self-contradictory. My favorite one is jumbo shrimp. Many people cite "military intelligence," but frankly, I've known some very intelligent military people, so perhaps "efficient bureaucrat" would be one.

No, this is an example of conflicting emotions or ambivalence. An example of an oxymoran might be for someone who despises lawyers, and forgive me for picking on them, but it's the only thing I can come up with on the spur of the moment: "an honest lawyer."
