Michigan and only Michigan should be playing Ohio State in Glendale for the championship! All this crap about them not winning their conference is stupid. So they didn't win their conference but why?. . . . because the only other deserving team in the country is in their conference!!!!! MICHIGAN AND ONLY MICHIGAN SHOULD BE PLAYING OHIO STATE!

And why doesn't michigan's victory over highly and deservedly ranked Wisconsin get the credit it should? Didn't Wisconsin totally dominate SEC team Auburn last year? Michigan, Ohio State, and maybe Wisconsin would have waltzed through the SEC!!!

You guys need to stop watching college gameday and actually watch games. Florida had the highest opponent ranking in the entire nation. Meaning, the average of the teams winning percentage is .645%...highest in the NCAA. Look at their wins for god sakes! LSU, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia...come on. Those are big freakin wins!
I can see your points that blue only lost by 3, but they didn't have any big wins. Who? Notre Dame? ND game SMOKED by USC, and USC lost to UCLA AND Oregon State! I know this isn't what you guys want to hear, but these are the facts.
UM had their chance and lost...they didn't capitalize.

If Michigan had played the schedule that Florida played, they wouldn't even be in the discussion when it comes to national title contenders. Florida is the champion of the best conference in college football. How can they not have a shot at the title?

regrettably, USC is constrained to taking part in vast 10 opponent, Penn State. the precise Pacific 10 team might desire to play the precise vast 10 team, till the two of them are interior the BCS Championship recreation; decrease than which situations the subsequent superb team interior the league performs. that's via contract, and is without doubt considered one of the justifications why there is not any playoff device; the Rose Bowl does not prefer to lose the sales from this consistently-time-honored recreation.

Maybe so, but Jim Tressel is a great coach - look up his record as head coach of the Youngstown State Penguins (Division I-AA) and you'll see. It's the reason he was hired.
There really needs to be a playoff system for Division I-A - this BCS thing is total CRAP!!!

First it was all about USC who lost to a UNRANKED Oregon State, they lose to a UNRANKED UCLA and now it's back to Michigan? Tell me the difference between USC and FL!?!?!?
USC is alright but Florida isn't? That doesn't make any sense, and shouldn't even be a question.

I agree dude, but whoever the BCS chooses as OSUs opponent, then f**k it. What college football really needs is a playoff, what more evidence do they need than this season.
