Road trips are the greatest, usually. My last road trip was a six hour drive to Alpena, Michigan, for an Air Force type camp. It was the ONLY time I've ever finished a game of war (and it didn't last but ten minutes)

I enjoy them because i am not the one driving the car. I am in the back seat, doing everything in my "stuff to do bag." I have my gameboy, books, writing stuff, drawing stuff, and more. I look forward to them because i never get bored and i can get very comfortable. But when i have to start driving long distances, i can't really do any fun stuff like i can now, so i don't think i will like road trips nearly as much when i am older than i do now.

I love road trips, if Im going somewher Ive never been before, I like to see new places, meet different kinds of people than where Im from. Plus, I love listening to music and talking to whoever Im in the car with.

Love 'em. I drive from SC to Cleveland, Ohio at Christmas with a friend who lives in Charlotte, NC. He's originally from Ohio, too. We enjoy our annual road trip up I-77. I also drive up there in the summer but I'm by myself then. Someday I want to do a cross-country road trip.

Road trips are great. I love to drive. Long distances are the best. It is a great time to relax and you can think. My dad and I did 6 states and 4500 miles in 51/2 days CO, OK, AZ, CA, UT, NM. It was the greatest.

Before 9 yrs old I was terrified of road trips, seen wrecks. When
we moved to Texas in'70 I was so scared that I didn't want to go.
After maybe 200 miles I lost my fear, never came back.

I look forward road trips when they are not too long and when you got a group of fun people in your car. Going to Vegas from LA is probably the longest road trip I'll endure........ the drive back, umm, NOOOOOO.........
