Where are the best Gay bars located in Berlin?

Bars... just head to Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn station and head east and you can't miss them.. they are all over the block.

I personally like Cafe Berio.. but it's more like a trendy little cafe... but it's very gay and great for people watching.

I'm not a fan, but people frequent the following as well:
-Tom's Bar
-El Dorado

Melitta Sundström in Kreuzberg is a good cafe (and the club Schwuz is in the back)

White Trash Fast Food is not technically gay but has a gay clientelle and also is a good hangout for alternative expats.

Also, Prenz. Berg had many of them as well.

If you're looking for clubs, try Schwuz, GMF (on Sundays)...

my advice though, clubs and bars in Berlin are good on certain nights and not on others.. depends on what event is going on.

Your best solution is to pick up a copy of the Siegessäule: the free gay magazine which has hundreds of listings of clubs, cafes, services and saunas. You can find it in most cafes and some libraries and shops. It´s the best source to find what events are happening when and where. Trust me, it's your best bet.

Look for the "Hitler Bar and Grill" on rumpup street. You go down gay parkway to the dirt road. Go in the back door. You will find plenty of kind, goose-stepping young men who will help you play 'hide the little corporal'.

If you are into role playing, I'm sure you will find your very own Colonel Klink. You can be Col. Hogan and try to burrow out of his concentration camp. You may have to improvise your digging tool.

If you like S and M, they have a complete line of bondage material. They will rope you up and tie you down with little nazis.
