ok, so two of my BEST FRIENDS dont like each other. Like we are in the same clique and they jsut HATE each other. Now, i kno that they both hate each other but the they dont kno that the other one hates them. now i kno that if they talk about it they can probably solve EVERYTHING but i promised both i wouldnt say anything and they are both so mad that it just might make matters worse. Basically, im caught in the middle nd not sure what to do... anyone gone through this b4 and have advice??

I think you need to get them together with you as a moderator and encourage them to air their feelings honestly. Once they get out their frustrations they will be able to move on and possibly become better friends.

Whatever the rif is between the two, needs to *stay* between the two. Let them work it out, or deal with it. Your position is to be there for your friend(s) and not interfere in the reparative process. You can't fix the world, but you can be there to lend an ear. Stay out of it and let them fix the problem themselves.

yea u need to do a little spying and taking notes kind of thing u find out wot they hate about each other about asking the first and the second only then do u have chance to maybe change those differences =/

My suggestion would be to tell them to talk to the other about whatever it is that is bugging them (whenever they start to "vent"). By telling them to approach the other you are not involved in fueling the fire, but attempting to promote communication between the two. If either says they don't want to talk to the other about whatever it is that is bothering them... leave it alone... they don't want help.

dont get involved... don't get involved, let time take care of it. if they lose their friendship over that then they weren't meant to be friends in the first place

i went through this and all i have to day is to...
stay out of it
they can work it out on there on and it works better
