If A = 62 and B = 51, C must = 67.
Law of Sines: a / (sinA) = b / (sinB) = c / (sinC)
a / (sin62) = (19) / (sin67)
a = 18.2

The angles must add up to 180, so use A and B to find C. Then use the sine rule (it's in your math book.)
