I have tried Internet dating many times in America. No luck there. I have had no success with American women. It is probably just me though as I weigh around 450 lbs. I am 6 feet tall though. I am not saying that American women are not good. I am saying that I have had no luck with them and I really tried. I am in my 30's so I am not some young kid who had one bad experience. If you are big, that look like Sumo wrestler and a foreigner..you can get attention..lots... if you feel like being looked at..then feel free to go...
If you are Big, masculine man..even though you weigh more than 400 lbs..still you will be center of attraction...like wrestlers..
I could say ,Japan has healthy foods ..I learned lots of those Japanese cooking procedures and recipes .. and if there's someone to love you and will do something for you to keep you in shape..I would be happy for both of you..
Spoiling is not a good word..how about caring?

I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to find a woman in America who will be nice and sweet and love you for who you are.
I feel for you because I know you are not being sexist, you just want to love and be loved.
Have you not tried dating agencies in America?
Once you date a woman and get to know them your relationship will develop and I am sure you will both become nice and sweet to one another over time.
I know this doesn't answer your question, I just wanted to ask you if you have tried other options closer to home.

First and most important, learn the language. Learn the protocol, don't be too obvious. Don't stare and don't attempt to always shake hands. Teach english there. Be a solution as Japan needs help.

I really hope that you meet the 'one' - but anybody who goes to live in another country, believing it to be the answer to all their problems, is headed for a big disappointment.
Japan is just another place to live - the scenery's different, that's all. And Japanese women are only human - what do you expect? Some of them will think you're obese and avoid you, others will treat you as a pal. Maybe one will fall for you, but if you come across as DESPERATE (your words, not mine,) then it's unlikely women will feel comfortable around you, whether you're in Japan or France - or on the moon.

If you are going to look for a wife, learn some Japanese before you go.
