"G" spot orgasms feel like.... a strong urge to pee followed by a surge of orgasm. It doesn't feel like any other orgasm. Some women never experience G-spot orgasms. The G-spot is located on the anterior wall of the vagina approximately 2 inches inside. The g spot responds most to pressure(in a gentle fashion of course). Some women(like myself) experience ejaculation much like a man's during g-spot manipulation.
