Douching is washing your vagina with a solution like vinegar.

Don't do it your body produces what it needs to "wash" its self.
Douching ruins PH balances and can cause infection, it's best avoided!

cooter is a slang word for Vagina for all the stupid people who need to learn proper terminology. Actually it is not a good thing to do, Your vagina is natural self cleaning, douching can cause infection and other problems. It takes the good bacteria and messes up the natural PH balance in the vagina. If you really need to douch I would recomend vinegar and water Go as natural as possible.

The vagina is a self-cleaning organism. It has a delicate balance of "good" bacteria and yeast (these are called normal flora). Douching disturbs the balance of normal flora and can result in bacterial infection or a yeast infection. Douching is not recommended unless it is prescribed by your gynecologist to treat a specific condition.
