Secret Items In December 2006 Catalogs on Club Penguin?!?

I need to know. I've seen somebody with a RED AND GREEN SCARF on, I asked where he or she got it but the person didn't reply! PLEASE HELP!

All I know is if you click on the pizza flipper you get a red vest. I don't know about any others but I want to know.. so if you find out email me at supah_ninja_monkey_elvis@yahoo.com.
My penguin name is Beacky213. Also maybe the person bought them in past catalogs.
