Well, of course! He comes into a person's house and takes their cookies and milk, sometimes celery. (He does need a diet) And then... he leaves some stuff that we can do without (candy) and he gives us stuff that will more than likely end up in the garbage can.

LOL. Why would you want to criminally charge the guy who walks in and gives you presents? I mean, were you notty this year and afraid that Santa is going to come into the night and hurt you? I don't think so, but hey, if it floats your boat then sue the big man. =)

Hmm.....I just realized that I'm the only man that's responded to this =0 lol

Ok, well I was the only guy.... I've update my answer twice now.... =)

umm...it depends. i mean he's kinda fat! and needs to layoff the cookies n milk cos hes gonna hav a huge heartattack at the rate he's goin. he'd prolly get stuck in my fireplace on the way down cos he needs to go on a diet. and those presents better be pretty good or else.

not unless he BREAKS your chimney or ENTERS your bed to watch you sleep while breathing deep and touches himself. lmao... besides, im sure the police haven't figured out how to catch a magical sleigh that bolts off into the sky yet anyway.

only if he takes something other than the cookies. We leave the door open for him and he is invited to leave presents...Santa rocks!

If he leaves good presents, no!

If he doesn't, and if he spills the milk, leaves crumbs on my carpet, tracks in reindeer poop, steps on the cat's tail, makes to much noise and wakes me up after a night of exhausting last minute wrapping, puts out the warm fire with his butt, oh, and goes "Ho! Ho! Ho!" and wakes my husband up asking "Where?"...then yes, he should.

But if he leaves good presents, disregard the above, and no!
